A few things you might want to know before making Lifeing part of your day.
Is my health data safe?
Lifeing uses reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how it is used and shared, and how to request access, corrections or deletion.
What happens when my trial ends?
If you start a subscription trial, it renews as a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. Check your store subscription settings for the renewal date, price and billing period. For an App Store trial, Apple recommends cancelling at least 24 hours before it ends.
Can I cancel my Premium subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel through the store where you subscribed. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions and Lifeing. On Android, open Google Play, then Payments & subscriptions and Subscriptions. Your store will show when access ends. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Is Lifeing available in my country?
Availability depends on your App Store or Google Play region. Open Lifeing’s store listing on your device to check whether you can download it in your country.
